BEITIA LIVESTOCK · NORTHEASTERN NEVADA
Real-world cattle that work in the High Desert
and deliver profitability for our
customers.
THE BEITIA STANDARD
Our registered cattle run alongside our commercial herd. They travel the same range, face the same conditions, and have to earn their place.
Raised in Nevada’s harsh environment, our cattle are selected for maternal strength, performance, efficiency, and longevity. All cattle come with a breeding season guarantee.
Meet our family and programOUR PROGRAM
Maternal bloodlines come first, followed by fertility, performance, efficiency, and longevity.
A cow must wean 45% of her body weight over three calf crops to remain in the registered herd.
Our cattle graze High Desert BLM allotments from April through October at 6,300 feet, then residual native grass pastures through winter.
Productive females over 10 years of age are part of our foundation. Eighty percent of the registered herd traces to four cow families.
ROOTED IN NEVADA
More than a century raising commercial cattle in Northeastern Nevada. Registered cattle joined the program in 1997.
